Boltcontent is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps businesses generate marketing content, manage social media publishing, and optimize their e-commerce presence through integrations with platforms like Shopify, Instagram, and Facebook.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Content generated using our AI tools is owned by you, the user. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the generated content is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with applicable laws before publishing.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs. Boltcontent does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You should always review and edit content before use.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Boltcontent. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boltcontent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Boltcontent makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
